SAFETY RULES & GUIDELINES
Safety is our nuMBER ONE priority
Trampolining, climbing and flying through the air carry risks that participants need to consider.
These activities are not normal. By participating in activities at Buller Air Zone, you will push your heart rate up, land in unusual ways and maybe push your body to its limit and sometimes beyond. Whilst this centre is designed in accordance with safety standards it cannot prevent injuries from occurring. It is your duty to determine if the risks are acceptable to you and any children in your care. Remember that you are in control of managing your risk and that of any children in your care.
The rules and conditions of play below and our staff instruction are designed to help reduce risk.
General Safety Rule
- 1. One person per trampoline
- 2. Jump within your skill level
- 3. Don't jump or land on the padding
Only one jumper permitted on the running wall trampoline at any time. Ensure no one is on the trampoline bed before jumping off The Wall. Only stand on top of the wall when you are actively using one of The Wall trampolines. No climbing or scrambling up running wall – if you can’t ‘run up’ develop your skills in other areas first.
