MOUNTAIN COLLECTIVE PASS HOLDERS
Please visit the Mt Buller Online Store to redeem your Mountain Collective included days. Simply enter your MCP Barcode ID (format: MCP############) or MCP Pass Identifier Code (format: MCP########:#) in the Voucher ID box. This process is strictly for those who have purchased their pass from Mountain Collective via the official website or call centre. This is not for partnered resort's season pass holders.
You can also visit the Village or Horse Hill ticket offices with photo ID and your Mountain Collective receipt (we require the MCP Barcode ID or the MCP Pass Identifier Code from your receipt) to collect your included days.
Once the included days have been collected and used, additional days at 50% off the in-resort rate of single day lift passes will be available for purchase for Mountain Collective Pass Holders via the Mt Buller Online Store (please sign in, then navigate to the "Lift Passes" category, after you have consumed your included days). You can also purchase your 50% off lift passes at the Village or Horse Hill ticket offices by presenting your B-TAG/Mountain Collective card.
Please note: included days do not have to be used consecutively, but do have to be used within the same Mt Buller snow season - they do not span over multiple seasons.
RECIPROCAL BENEFITS
2023 Mt Buller season membership holders are entitled to 50% off the in-resort rate of single day lift passes (for themselves only) at Mountain Collective resorts (excluding affiliates) during the 2023/24 northern hemisphere season, and the 2023 southern hemisphere snow season.
2024 Mt Buller season membership holders are entitled to 50% off the in-resort rate of single day lift passes (for themselves only) at Mountain Collective resorts (excluding affiliates) during the 2024/25 northern hemisphere season, and the 2024 southern hemisphere snow season.
Please check the Mountain Collective website for each resorts redemption requirements to claim your discounts.
Current, valid season pass holders from other Mountain Collective resorts (excluding affiliates) are entitled to the same 50% off the in-resort rate of single day lift passes (again, for themselves only) at Mt Buller. Please bring your Season Pass and proof of purchase to the Village Ticket Office for verification.
