16 August 2019: This weekend is looking like a big one. So let's do a check on what's coming...
SATURDAY -
- Get up here early. Sunshine on the menu and 21 lifts rolling with up to 96cms of very good cover.
- King of the Mountain racing on Skyline - check out some serious talent doing fast things on snow
- Try and ride as many lifts and runs as you can. Bet you can't fit them all in... but you can try!
- If you meet a friendly Canadian on the lifts it might be Marc Le Page. Mt Buller is the 100th mountain he has skied in the world and we are thrilled to welcome him here today. Say G'day!
- Head over to Bull Run/Wood Run and take in the colour and fun of FREEBOM which is going down today from around 11am. Bumps enthusiasts will love it and so will anyone who likes a bit of fun, freedom and fine tunes.
- Twilight Sessions continue the skiing and boarding and sliding until late on Bourke Street thanks to Bourke Street Express rolling until 8.30pm under lights. Stay and enjoy a longer weekend!
- Ski Patrollers will be partying with a capital P tonight at Bird Cage. Tickets on the door if you've note bought ahead. Dress up as someone starting with a P!
- Celebrate a great winter weekend until late (or early - Kooroora is open until 3am....)
- Take a nap.
SUNDAY -
- Wake up for first lifts at 8.30am! It's going to SNOW later today!
