ABOUT US

Pats Italian Restaurant and Bar is an icon establishment situated in the heart of Mt Buller Village. We are known for our mouth-watering a la carte menu, pizzas, fun atmosphere and our exceptional customer service. We make the majority of our dishes in-house with high-quality produce (including our pizza dough and pasta which is made each day) and we ensure that everything is as fresh as you can get!

THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced kitchen hands/dishies that can perform under pressure, in a fast pace environment. With attention to detail your priority, you will be highly motivated, professional and able to carry out basic prep duties, dish washing and cleaning efficiently.

You will be busy during the peak snow season; it is busy most of the time, however, we do have quieter times and this is the perfect opportunity for you to reward yourself for your hard work and make use of the facilities the resort has on offer.

• Excellent organisational skills
• Neat and tidy with attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Good time management
• Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
• Ability to work in a team and take instruction
• Strong communication skills
