We are looking for a motivated CDP LARDER with proven experience and ability to work within a friendly team environment, showing responsibility towards his duties and liaising with Head Chef. This is a fast paced kitchen producing excellent offerings and the candidate must be able to stay calm and organized in such a situation.

KAPTANS RESTAURANT is one of Mt Buller's most famous venues, featuring traditional European alpine ambience, with wood carvings and artefacts depicting Mt Buller’s and the hotel’s history. The restaurant is renowned for providing a consistently outstanding menu featuring innovative Australian cuisine with a twist on old favourites and some classic Austrian specialties, as well as competent, friendly front of house service.
THE ROLE

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Available from early June until end September.
- Appropriate Cooking Certificates
- Strong experience in restaurant kitchens
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
- Ability to work in a team and take instruction
- Good communication skills
- Foreign nationals must hold a valid Australian Working Holiday Visa subclass 417 or 462
