Refunds and Cancellations
Ski and Snowboard School Private Lesson Terms & Conditions
Private Lesson Bookings
1. When making a private lesson booking you are making a reservation for an instructor at a designated time and date._________
2. Cancellations or amendments to the time or date of a private lesson booking must be made prior to the commencement of the private lesson. All requests are to be in writing to snowsports.school@skibuller.com.au or made in person at the Mt Buller Ski & Snowboard School Sales Counter. The amendment or cancellation will attract the following fees;(i). $50 where the cancellation or amendment to the time or date is made more than 2 days prior to the original booking time and date;
(ii). $100 where the cancellation or amendment to the time or date is made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the original booking time and date;
(iii). Lesson cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking time and date will be charged the full amount - no refunds will be appliable.
(iv). You acknowedge no discounts, credits nor refunds will be issued to you for non-participation of missed private lessons.
(v.) Adding additional students to a private lesson booking will not incur any amendment of booking charge as outlined within clause 2 (i); (ii) or; (iii)_________
3. Private Lesson bookings do not include lift access.(i). Lift passes and B-TAGs must be purchased separately.
(ii). It is the responsibility of each participant to bring their B-TAG (loaded with lift access) in order to access the lifts, and to abide by the rules and terms of use of the lifts and lift access.

4. Credit notes may be issued for private lessons cancelled due to illness or injury. The Mt Buller Ski & Snowboard School requires a medical certificate by a doctor to be presented within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson by email. The licensed medical practitioner must not be related to the participant by blood, marriage or in a defacto living arrangement.

5. If you have booked an All Day private lesson, the instructor will require a 30 minute lunch break. This is incorporated in the 7 hour lesson duration. A suitable lunch break will be discussed with the instructor.
6. If you have booked an 8:30am private lesson, we highly recommend you collect any rental equipement the day prior to the lesson. In addition, if you are travelling to Mt Buller from Mansfield, we recommend booking an alternate time slot as you are likley to miss part of your lesson.

The Ski & Snowboard School office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm every day during the official winter season.
