Get ready for non-stop high-country rodeo action, which includes bull riding, saddle bronc, bareback bronc, steer wrestling, team roping, barrel racing, steer riding, and breakaway roping.
The second in the APRA tri-series championship and featuring some of the best cowboys and cowgirls in the business, Merrijig Rodeo is a highlight of the Labour Day long weekend event calendar.
Outside the arena, there's something for everyone, including sideshow entertainment, western wear and merch stalls, a licensed bar serving cold beers, a great selection of wine, spirits, and cider, and a variety of food stalls. BYO chair and enjoy all the thrills and spills with a picturesque high-country backdrop.
