Zach Green Pop Up Restaurant in Mirimbah Park
Local Indigenous chef Zach Green has moved back to the High Country after being away for 10 years. Zach Green spent a majority of his time away living in the Northern Territory honing his cooking skills in his food truck, Elijah’s Kitchen. Known for his crocodile laksa and use of native ingredients, Zach tells the history of his people through storytelling and his cooking.
Zach Green and his team from Elijah’s Kitchen are conducting a very special pop-up series titled ‘Finding Home Again’. Revel in an evening under the stars in Mirimbah Park while you enjoy a beautiful Indigenous themed menu with a local wine matching.
