Barista/ All Rounder

Mt Buller's favourite burger spot is looking for a Barista/ All Rounder to join the team for the 2025 Winter season. The Burger Haus is a fast paced, high volume burger shop that is popular with the locals and located in the heart of the village square.

We are looking for experienced baristas to join us for the 2025 snow season. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year working in a high volume food venue. Experience in working within a team will be highly regarded. As well as:

• Experience using a hospitality point of sale system - preferred.
• Experience in dialling in machine, milk texturing & working at a fast pace is essential. 
• Completion of a Barista's course will be highly regarded. 
• Cash handling experience.
• Kitchen hand experience is highly regarded.

• Exceptional grooming and presentation - essential.
• Attention to detail in a high pressure, fast paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience of providing high levels of customer service.
• Be able to maintain a clean and organised work station.
• Be able to provide a warm, friendly & welcoming style of service.
