Team Leader

We are bringing back our Mexican fast food venue this winter season, located in the heart of the village square. We are looking for a team of expert burrito rollers and taco fillers that are up to the fast paced environment.

Cow Camp Mexican Cantina is looking for a team leader to join the team with proven fast food/kitchen experience. Cow Camp Mexican Cantina is Mount Buller's favourite Mexican food spot. Located in the heart of the village, it's sure to be one of the busiest spot on the hill!

What are we looking for?

• A leader that can train, oversee and motivate a kitchen team
• Experience in a fast paced, high volume takeaway venue
• A friendly, enthusiastic, and positive can-do attitude 
• Hands on supervision of the entire venue under senior management instruction
• Excellent presentation skills

ABOUT YOU:

• Exceptional grooming and presentation - essential.
• Ability to supervise a small team. 
• Attention to detail in a high pressure, fast paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience of providing high levels of customer service.
• Be able to maintain a clean and organised work station.
• Be able to provide a warm, friendly & welcoming style of service.
