Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Manage and lead a team of front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, bartenders).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Prepare shift schedules and monitor employee performance.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and overall dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the foodservice industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety standards.
- Flexible schedule
