What We’re Looking For:

• Positive Attitude: You’re approachable, friendly, and make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Team Player: You’ll work closely with other servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Adaptability: Things can get busy, so being flexible and staying calm under pressure is key!
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and friendly communication is essential for both guests and co-workers.

Your Role:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Take reservations and answer guest inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Help with cash handling and processing payments
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
• Must have two or more years experience in hospitality
