Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the breakfast team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Ensure food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Oversee food inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in training, motivating, and developing staff members to maintain a high standard of service.
• Monitor and manage breakfast service times to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or food service industry (breakfast service is a plus).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
