Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
• Ensure all food items are prepared, cooked, and presented according to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and smooth service.
• Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies when necessary.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
• Take direction from the head chef and assist in developing new menu items.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for food and creativity.
