Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our menu and standards
- Ensure the highest quality and consistency in every pizza
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Assist with menu creation and experimentation with new pizza recipes
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pizza chef or cook, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and topping combinations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for food and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
- Food handling certificate (preferred)
