Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the bar team, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, placing orders and managing inventory.
- Train and motivate bar staff, helping them develop their skills and maintain product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the bar area.
- Assist with cash handling, end of day
- Promote a positive and friendly working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a bar supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- A passion for delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
