Looking for a vibrant couple to manage the operations and cleaning of 4 room ski club

Reindeer Ski Club (RSC) is seeking an energetic and friendly couple for winter lodge managers for the upcoming winter season and ongoing if successful. The lodge is a small 4 room private ski club located at 32 The Avenue Mt Buller with 22 guest beds across 4 rooms and a mangers room to accommodate 2 people. The club has a family orientated membership base who are committed to skiing which is supplemented with commercial guests to utilise available bed nights.

Duties and responsibilities:

1.  Regular operations of the ski lodge
2. Welcoming arriving and assisting departing guests
3. Liaison with the bookings officer
4. Implement the Lodge CovidSafe Plan
5. General cleaning and safety duties of common areas
6. Room cleaning during changeover of commercial guests only
7. Ensure guests uphold club rules, tidiness and etiquette during their stay
8. Assist with the safe and enjoyable stay for all guests at the lodge

With onsite accommodation provided, this is an excellent opportunity for a couple or individual to spend the season at Mt Buller at a great lodge on one of the best locations on the mountain including ski in/ski out facilities.
