Duck Inn Mt Buller is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Hotel Managers to operate this Boutique Hotel for the 2025 Winter Season

Duck Inn Mt Buller offers guests Accommodation, Ski Hire and Restaurant. Continental breakfast is included in the room tariff. Duck Inn only operates during the Winter Months.

About the role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in Managing day to day operations of Duck Inn including -

Sales and Reservations

Customer Service

Housekeeping

Ski Hire

Restaurant

Maintenance

Must be competent with online booking and rostering systems.

Deliver excellent guest experiences.

Has the primary responsibility for workplace health and safety and to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, that the health and safety of all guests, team members any other persons at the Hotel are not put at risk. 

Ensures that Duck Inn Policies and Procedures are implemented and followed and develops hotel procedures in line with these policies.  

Maintain the culture within the Hotel, encouraging team members to exceed customer expectations.

Skills and experience

Management experience ESSENTIAL. Previous Hotel experience preferred.
